David has lived in Tudor Ward for more that thirty years and has been a Tudor ward councillor for 20 He is a previous Mayor of the Royal Borough and is the Council’s Shadow Executive Member for Environment and Highways and a magistrate.

Dennis was elected in 1986. An acknowledged expert on Education, he is a governor of Fern Hill Primary and Tolworth Girls’ Secondary Schools. He’s a Director of the Dinton Field Trust and Kingston Town Centre Management plc.
